We are currently seeking suitable candidates for the following position:

1.Project Director – Design & Construction
2.Design Manager
3.Executive Assistant

Job Profile:
1.Having experience in in construction and project -minimum 10 years (1)
2.Experience in job involving integrated design, construction and project management – minimum 5 years (1)
3.Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture (1), Interior Design or Architecture (2)
4.Experience of handling multiple sites – more than 5 sites at one time (1)
5.Experience in Interior Company or in an Architect / ID company taking care of the Interior Design of the Project review – minimum 6 years (2)
6.Should have been responsible for handling projects with a value of 10 Million USD and above (1)
7.Intrinsic understanding of hotel projects and the hotel business (1)
8.Computer skills – AutoCAD, project management software (1-2)
9.Good sense of architectural and interior design planning and aesthetics (1)
10.Ability to express himself or herself appropriately and in a lucid manner through spoken and written word, presentations (1)
11.Proven ability to build and lead a multi-disciplined projects team comprising experts in design, project management, estimation, scheduling and resource planning, and contract administration (1)
12.High proven ability for initiatives in key areas and innovation (1)
13.Extensive understanding of the real estate and construction industry in Indonesia (1)
14.At least 8 years working as an assistant in an Architecture Company or in Project management Company (3)
15.Highly develop computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop) and knowledge of Autocad (3)
16.Good administration skills (3)
17.Fluent in English both oral and written (1-3)
