Polygon is currently seeking for the following positions :

 

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Description :

•  Handle all Accounts Payables and manage Fixed Assets transactions

•  Manage the control and accounting aspects of the retail stores

•  Manage the control and accounting aspects of the factory

•  Preparation of monthly management accounting, costing and financial reports

•  Responsible for statutory and tax compliance for the company

Requirements :

•  Male / Female, Max. 35 Years Old

•  Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) With GPA Min. 2.75 in Accounting

•  Having at least 2 (two) years experience as Accounting

•  Proactive, high integrity, diciplined and able to work under pressure

•  Excellent people and communication skills

•  Attention to detail

•  Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

•  Able to communicate in mandarin would be an advantage

•  Good analytical ability, like things numerical, and careful

•  Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

 

AREA REPRESENTATIVE (AR)

Job Description :

•  Maintaining existing customer base and developing new business.

•  To plan, control, and evaluate the market demand

•  Meet or exceed Sales Budget.

•  Achieving Sales Process Standard as prescribed by Sales Process Team

•  Provide good feedback to trades regarding the competition and market –
information.

•  Take lead on coordinating the customers complain and concer with internal
party related (finance, customer service, documentation, operation).

Requirements :

•  Male, Max. 35 Years Old

•  Min. Bachelor Degree

•  Min. 1-2 years experience in the same position

•  Having extensive knowledge on global market is highly desirable, good
communication, negotiation skills and able to do Sales Presentation

•  Computer literate

•  Mandarin language preferred

•  Placement : Jakarta

MERCHANDISER (MD)

 

Responsibility :

Planning Product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers, Liasing with buyers, analyst, stores, suppliers and distribution, meeting with suppliers and managing the distribution of stock, by negotiating cost prices, ordering stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates, and completing the necessary paperwork.

 

Requirements :

 

•  Male between 25 – 35 years old

•  Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) With GPA Min. 2.75

•  Have at least 1 – 2 years experience as merchandiser, preferably from retail

•  Good personality and interpersonal skill, with excellent communication, and
capability to cope with rapidly changing & dynamic lifestyle

•  Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

•  Fluent in English (oral and written). Able to communicate in mandarin would
be an advantage

 

VISUAL MERCHANDISER (VM)

Responsibility :

He is responsible to create window and in-store displays, taking responsibility for `the look’ of the outlet, with the aim of promoting goods in order to maximize sales.  He is also responsible to update displays regularly, and themes can be dictated by a number of factors, including the seasons of the year, annual events, current trends, sales and promotions activities.

 

Requirements :

•  Male Max 35 Years old

•  D3/S1 degree in architecture/graphic design/interior design/visual
communication design or other related field.

•  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably has minimum 1 year
working experience in retail industry as visual merchandiser

•  Has own transportation

•  computer literate is a must (Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, 3D Max,
Freehand, etc)

•  Having a sense and knowledge of good concept and design

•  Good interpersonal relationship skills with excellent service attitude

•  Organizes, and posses strong problem solving skills

•  Attention to detail and trustworthy with pleasant personality

•  Able to work under pressure with flexible working hours

•  Creative, proactive, and fast learner

•  Responsible to manage and control merchandising display and event

Wlling to travel intensively

 

MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER (MCM)

Responsibility :

He/She is responsible to supervise the branding and merchandising of products in retail stores.  As a marketing communication manager, you would develop displays, distribute merchandise, create marketing strategies and manage customer accounts.  This position requires knowledge of branding, marketing and advertising techniques.

Requirements :

 

•  Male / Female between 25 – 35 Years Old

•  Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major (Master Degree in
Business/Marketing/Communication is preferable)

•  Has no less than 3 year experience as a marketing communication manager in
retail industry

•  Experience to handle retail business and brand/store development

•  Understand of retail marketing in particular the drivers of shopping
experiences

•  Familiar in project and budget management

•  Has own transportation

•  Excellent command of written and spoken English

•  Computer literate is a must

•  Good interpersonal relationship skills with teamwork attitude

•  Dynamic, smart, creative, commercial acumen, organizes, and possess strong
problem solving skills

•  Have a good analytical skills and business sense

•  Attention to detail and trustworthy with pleasant personality

•  Able to negotiate and communicate with third party

•  Able to work under pressure with flexible working hours

Willing to travel intensively

 

MERCHANDISING MANANGER (MM)

Responsibility :

He/She is responsible to plan and implement the selection and development of assortments to ensure maximum sales value, profit margin, inventory turn-over; work closely with outlet operation and marketing department to optimizing retail business; dealing with suppliers and negotiating for the best profitability of the company.

Requirements :

•  Male / Female between 25-35 years old

•  Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major (Master Degree Business/Marketing
/Engineering is preferable)

•  Has no less than 3 year experience as a merchandise manager in retail
industry with deep knowledge in merchandising management

•  Has own transportation

•  Excellent command of written and spoken English

•  Computer literate is a must

•  Good interpersonal relationship skills with teamwork attitude

•  Dynamic, creative, commercial acumen, organizes, and possess strong
problem solving skills

•  Have a good analytical skills and business sense

•  Attention to detail and trustworthy with pleasant personality

•  Able to negotiate and communicate with both local and overseas vendor

•  Able to work under pressure with flexible working hours

Willing to travel intensively
